Statue of Liberty / New York Souvenir Picture Frame with Skyline and Empire State Bldg For a 3" x 5" picture Frame is approx. 5.5" wide x 3.75" tall It is made of a heavy metal with areas of enamel on it. Such as some of the buildings at the bottom have enamel with glitter to look like lights inside building. A very stylish frame that I received as a gift but never used.
